The Creator has bestowed us with different amazing things. The garlic is one of them. It has innumerable health benefits. The herbalists have termed it as a miracle herb. A good number of researches are being conducted on garlic. The healing properties of garlic have been proved in those researches. 
 
There are many nutrients in garlic such as enzyme, amino acid, vitamins and natural sugar. It has the natural anti-septic power. Garlic contains Sulphur which gives it the pungent smell. The health benefits of garlic are given below: 

Garlic acts as anti-septic as it has the properties of anti-bacterial. As a result, it cures different wounds in the body and fights against the infection. It has been proved in a study conducted in China that if garlic is taken daily, it prevents from certain cancers.

Garlic lowers the blood pressure and prevents the problems of heart. It increases the high density lipo-protein. It decreases the bad cholesterol. It makes the blood thinner and reduces the risk of blood clotting.
