Pomegranate juice reduces blood pressure




It has been found in studies that the juice of pomegranate has the effects of lowering blood pressure.

In accordance with the Mayo Clinic, more research is necessary to determine how the pomegranate juice works in reducing the pressure of blood. But the evidences found so far look promising. 

Pomegranates are rich in anti-oxidants which are believed responsible for the heart-protective and cholesterol-lowering effects.

It is generally safe to drink pomegranate juice. It has been found in studies that the intake of 1.5 ounces daily has no significant side effect.

If you want to reduce your blood pressure, you may add pomegranate juice in your daily meal as it is safe and delicious.
