Papaya prevents the risk of stroke and cancer


Another name of Papaya is the power fruit which that a good number of healing properties. The papain found in papaya easily digests the proteins and cleanses the digestive system. It contains more Vitamin C and potassium than apple. The quantity of Vitamin E in papaya is more than of apple and orange.

The ripe papaya helps to cure constipation. It lowers the risk of intestinal cancer due to the richness of fibers and carotene. It also reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke. It is good for health to consume papaya daily.
