that the men with the most severe erectile dysfunction cases appeared to have vitamin
D levels 24% lower than those of a healthy man.
The deficiency of Vitamin D
boosts the production of free radicals that destroy nitric oxide, a molecule
which helps the proper functioning of the blood vessels. As a result, the
erection becomes more complicated.
