Water melon seeds make grey hair black!



Many eat water melon removing the seeds. But do you know how beneficial these water melon for human body? You should preserve the seeds of water melon and eat drying up in the sun.

Water melon seeds contain plenty of vitamins, magnesium, potassium and iron. It has a good number of health benefits. It keeps the heart healthy.
